HARRISBURG – In an effort to better inform gun owners of their rights, Rep. Parke Wentling (R-Crawford/Erie/Lawrence/Mercer) will host a Concealed Carry Seminar at the arts and crafts building in the Albion Fairgrounds, 30 Academy St., Albion, on Thursday, Sept. 20, starting at 6:30 p.m.

“Gun owners will learn more about their Second Amendment rights, particularly in relation to handguns. The speakers have a firm grasp of our laws and will do an excellent job explaining them,” Wentling said. “I strongly encourage gun owners in the 17th District to attend this free event.”

Erie County Sheriff John Loomis, attorney Tim George and State Police Trooper Cynthia Schick will explain Pennsylvania’s laws related to carrying concealed firearms and self-defense.

Seating for the event is limited and advance registration is required. Residents wishing to reserve a seat are asked to RSVP by calling Wentling’s office toll-free at 1-855-249-2427, or by filling out an online registration form at RepWentling.com.
