WHAT: Veterans of the Vietnam War era will be recognized during a pinning ceremony co-hosted by State Rep. Parke Wentling
(R-Crawford/Erie/Lawrence/Mercer) and U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA). Due to the legislative sessions, Wentling and Toomey will not be able to attend.
WHO: Robert DeSousa, who serves as Toomey’s state director and as a colonel in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, will attend on Toomey’s behalf. Former state Sen. Bob Robbins, a Vietnam War veteran, will attend on behalf of Wentling.
WHEN: Tuesday, June 13, at 9:30 a.m. Doors open at 9 a.m.
WHERE: Greenville VFW Post 3374, located at 54 Conneaut Lake Road.
