HARRISBURG – On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee approved legislation sponsored by Rep. Parke Wentling (R-Crawford/Erie/Lawrence/Mercer) which would officially define “groin structures” and exempt non-commercial groin owners from paying excessive Submerged Lands License Agreement (SLLA) fees.
